About the role
Join a leading name in Australia’s building and construction industry! Our client, a top supplier of bricks, pavers, blocks, and roof tiles, is looking for motivated Process Operators to join their dynamic team. You will be required to work on a continuous shift-pattern roster:

• 12-hour shifts on a rotating day & night roster
• Total of 84 hours every fortnight, 7 shifts
• $41/hr (day shift 6am - 6pm)
• $43/hr (night shift 6pm-6am)

*Should you work outside your usual shift pattern then penalties will apply for the whole shift*

Duties and responsibilities:

• Run and keep an eye on factory machines, including kilns, to keep things moving.
• Shut down equipment safely if there’s a mechanical or process issue.
• Stick to quality checks to make sure every product meets the mark.
• Put safety first—follow protocols and join in on toolbox meetings.

Skills and experience:

• Valid WA driver’s license and reliable transport
• Ability to work on a continuous shift roster (days and nights)
• Proven reliability and strong attendance record
• Physically fit for a hands-on role
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
• Full working rights in Australia (Perth-based).

Highly regarded skills but not mandatory:

• Forklift ticket and operational experience.
• Confined space ticket.
• Experience in manufacturing or processing environments.
