Join Our Caring Therapy Team in Broadmeadows!
We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and support children, young people, and families with therapy that makes a lasting impact.
At Act for Kids, our Broadmeadows Integrated Therapy team includes a group of experienced and caring professionals – including Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Art Therapists. We work in a modern centre with five beautifully designed therapy rooms and a peaceful Sensory Garden, Lily’s Garden’, where kids can relax and explore.

- Level 6 SCHCADS Award.
- Salary range: $106,390 - $111,093 + Superannuation.
- Full time permanent position.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out assessments and therapy sessions as part of our friendly team.
- Set meaningful goals with your clients and celebrate their wins.
- Attend meetings with families and other professionals to plan the best care.
- Take part in case reviews and share your insights with the team.
- Keep clear and accurate records to track your clients’ progress.

What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Occupational Therapy.
- National registration as an Occupational Therapist (essential).
- At least 2 years of experience working with children, young people, and families affected by trauma, abuse or neglect – or similar experience.
- Experience delivering both individual and group therapy (highly desirable).
Other Things You’ll Need
- A current Working with Children Check (or eligible for professional exemption).
- A valid driver’s licence.
- The legal right to work in Australia.
- NDIS Clearance Eligibility.
