Join a passionate team behind one of Australia’s largest health and wellbeing fundraising campaigns! We’re seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to support a major charity event, helping thousands of participants as they raise funds for an incredible cause.

🔹 About the Role:

This is a 6–8 week full-time casual contract starting late July, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys providing outstanding customer service, and has a genuine interest in contributing to a good cause.

As the first point of contact for campaign participants, you’ll assist with:

Registrations, donations, team and organisation queries

Troubleshooting step counts and logging activity

Responding to general campaign and technical enquiries via Intercom and phone

Supporting corporate partners with admin and customer support needs

🔹 You’ll Bring:

2–3 years' customer service experience (NFP experience highly regarded)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

A positive, solutions-focused approach to customer care

Tech confidence with tools like Intercom, SharePoint, and MS Teams

A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

Empathy for the experience of people with disability (valued but not essential)
