A luxury tile and surface supplier are seeking a Showroom Assistant. You will be joining an exceptional team working with high end Architecture and design products and be responsible for curating an immersive experience for all clientele who visit.

The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience working with architectural or interior design products. The position is Monday to Friday, based in Sydney's inner west.

Key responsibilities

Meet and greet clients in the showroom and assist with product demonstrations and selections

Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiry's

Ensure the showroom is maintained to a high standard and presentable at all times

Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure all client needs are met

Assist with sample labelling and presentation

Arrange freight/couriers

Book all appointments for the showroom and sales team

Ensure the showroom is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis

Skills and experience

Prior experience working with luxury goods or high-end A&D product

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport

Excellent presentation and communication, both written and verbal

High attention to detail and organized

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Proactive with a natural willingness to help
