A little bit about us:

Located in Cowes, Phillip Island, A Maze’N Things is a fun-filled theme park packed with puzzles, illusions, a sky trail, and mini golf — a magical playground for visitors of all ages. And now, we’re looking for a talented Cook to join our dynamic team and help keep the good vibes (and great food) coming.

This is a permanent part time role with a minimum of 4 days (30.4 hours) per week.

What we are looking for:

· Solid cooking experience in a fast-paced café or food outlet.

· Top-notch organisational skills — you can juggle tasks with ease.

· A positive, can-do attitude whether it’s flat-out busy or cool and calm.

· Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.

· Current Food Handlers Certificate and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

About the role:

As our Cook, you’ll:

· Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality meals — fast and fresh!

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen.

· Deliver exceptional food and customer service while adhering to food safety standards

· Assist with ordering, stock control, and cash handling.

· This role includes cooking for visitors to the A Maze’N Things Café and helping to cater for groups staying at Park Lane Holiday Park.

Your days will Include:

· Cooking and food prep

· Keeping kitchen and service areas spotless

· Managing food safety and storage

· Customer facing duties such as taking orders and running food

· Handling daily cleaning and waste removal

· Liaising with suppliers and updating menus

· Ensure customer needs are exceeded

· Ensure all food handling safety and OHS procedures are adhered to at all times.
