About the Role

Cold Bear Air Conditioning is looking for a qualified HVAC Mechanical Plumber who can independently manage job sites and lead a small crew in delivering high-quality HVAC installations.

We specialise in new-build residential and commercial projects across Melbourne region, and need someone who brings experience, reliability, and leadership to every job.

What You’ll Do

Lead the installation of HVAC systems: split, VRV/VRF, ducted, ventilation

Read and interpret plans, manage day-to-day site operations

Work independently or as a team leader on various project sites

Liaise with project managers and other trades

Ensure a high standard of safety and workmanship

What You’ll Need

5+ years experience in HVAC installation

Previous experience leading teams on-site

Background in commercial or domestic new-builds

Valid White Card and WWC Check

Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport

Your own basic tools (hand & power)

EWP license preferred – ability to operate boom or scissor lift is a bonus
