Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with underground drill rig maintenance experience to join our Kalgoorlie-based team.

The Opportunity
This residential role (not FIFO) is based in Kalgoorlie and will see you leading the maintenance of underground drill rigs across both local and remote mine sites. The position is hands-on, combining leadership responsibilities with time on the tools.

You’ll work closely with both the Kalgoorlie workshop and our site-based teams to coordinate scheduled maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and uphold our high safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and carry out underground drill rig maintenance

Lead a small team of electricians, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

Manage scheduled site maintenance and attend to breakdowns as needed

Maintain accurate service documentation and liaise with clients as required

Refurbing and manufacturing diamond drill rigs

What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you must have:

WA Electrical Workers Licence

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or 2IC role

Extensive underground drill rig maintenance experience (essential)

Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Current C Class Drivers Licence

LVR/CPR (current)

Working at Heights certification

EWP and Confined Space tickets (desirable)

PLC experience (highly regarded)

Other Requirements

Must be willing to work flexible hours

Ability to travel and work away from home for short periods

Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
