About the Positions
We are looking to welcome two Practice Quality Managers to provide oversight of practice quality, fidelity and continuous improvement processes. One role will support the Service Operations portfolio and the other the Service Strategy and Growth portfolio.
- Full time permanent opportunities.
- Flexible working – hybrid working and flexible location.
- Level 8 SCHCADS. Salary range is $124,844 - $129,764 + Super + Salary packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Directors and Service Leaders to deliver impactful quality improvement projects.
- Oversee practice model fidelity through the development of fidelity monitoring tools, supervision frameworks, and adherence to trauma-informed and therapeutic best practices.
- Oversee service quality processes and documentation including relevant procedures, service materials and training.
- Work collaboratively with Directors and Service Leaders to identity quality improvement opportunities and priorities.

About You
- Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (allied health, social work, human services).
- At least 5 years’ experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a similar environment.
- Extensive knowledge of up-to-date research and practices within child protection, family intervention and community services sectors and workforce.
- Experience and capacity to foster and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, partners and the community.
- Ability to travel overnight as required to Directorate locations.
