About the Role
Join our dynamic Perioperative Service team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager and make a meaningful impact on the education and development of our nursing staff. In this pivotal role, you will manage a portfolio focused on clinical education, providing essential support for Transition Registered Nurses and guiding less experienced staff as they navigate their journey from novice to expert. As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you'll work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to oversee the Operating Theatres, taking charge in their absence to coordinate unit activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the coordination, provision, and evaluation of clinical care, all while fostering an environment of learning and collaboration. - Registered Nurse with current registration and practising certificate.
