Currently in an exciting phase of evolution, they’re seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team.

The Role

This is a broad and involved finance role, offering plenty of scope across core accounting, reporting and business support. Sitting within a small, collaborative team, you’ll be trusted to take ownership of the numbers while also contributing to systems, controls and process improvements as the business continues to scale.
Key responsibilities include:

• Month-end responsibilities including journals, reconciliations and reporting
• Overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks and supporting cashflow visibility
• Helping manage external compliance requirements and liaising with auditors
• Working across teams to troubleshoot issues and improve reporting processes
• Contributing to the ongoing development of financial systems and controls
• Providing ad hoc support to commercial and leadership teams when needed

Skills and Experience

• Degree/Diploma/Cert qualified in Accounting or Finance;
• Demonstrated experience in a diverse finance function
• Sound technical accounting knowledge, with an eye for process
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable navigating complexity and shifting priorities
• High attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel
• A flexible, solutions-oriented approach
