About the Role:
We are currently seeking passionate Social Workers to join our team on the Gold Coast. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to help shape and deliver clinical services, support and case-manage veteran (DVA) clients, and contribute to education and care planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate, support, and coordinate care for veteran clients

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' medical history, current conditions, and treatment goals

Build strong, trusting relationships with clients

Facilitate community programs that address social issues and foster inclusion and well-being

Deliver generalist counselling to support clients’ emotional and social needs

Assist veterans with completing necessary documentation for services

Help clients navigate day-to-day challenges through effective communication and resource support

About You:

Degree-qualified in Social Work

Registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)

Passionate about supporting the veteran community

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with computer systems and digital tools

Organised, empathetic, and adaptable to a varied caseload
