• Fully qualified Automotive Technician with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Born to lead? Step up and motivate a high-performing team to success!
• Diagnostic guru - pinpoint problems fast and get the job done right, first time!
• Customer champion - skilled in sales and service, because great service keeps them coming back!
• Self-motivated and driven
• Valid driver’s licence and Australian work rights
• Monday to Friday + some Saturday mornings

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead from the front! Motivate, mentor and support a team of skilled Technicians to keep the workshop running like a well-oiled machine
• Get hands-on! Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of vehicles with precision and expertise
• Be the go-to expert! Provide top-notch mechanical advice and solutions that keep customers coming back
• Jump in at the front desk when needed! Customer interactions matter - bring your friendly, professional approach to the team
• Own the workflow! Keep the workshop efficient, productive and delivering top-quality results every time
• Test drive and quality-check every vehicle before handing it back, ensuring it’s in peak condition
