PERSOLKELLY is currently seeking Scrum Master to join their Global Client in Sydney.

As a Technical Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting our teams to deliver Building Solutions. You'll work closely with product owners to plan sprints across development teams to ensure product delivery is aligned. During sprints, you'll run daily stand ups, be a voice for teams, and detail ideas into tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess a strong technical background to understand the technical challenges the team faces
• Empathise with developer's perspective and assist in problem-solving, whether they are technical or process-related
• Engage team with technical questions to aid problem-solving
• Coordinate and assist the engineering team to consistently deliver quality product releases
• Facilitate regular scrum events such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions
• Ensure all team members understand and are aligned on project goals and scope
• Support the product owners to maintain product backlog
• Create tasks from scoping documents, ensure accuracy and consistency across tickets
• Empower and coach the development team to be self-organised
• Help to remove obstacles that interfere with engineer's progress
• Clearly communicate priorities to engineers
• Facilitate communication across engineering teams and QA.

What are we looking for?

• 1+ years experience in a Scrum Master or Technical Leader role
• 3+ years experience in Software Engineer
• Experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
• The ability to stay super organised in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in incubating/working with a high-performance team
