Your role

As a Family Lawyer, you will be working in a variety of family law matters, including property disputes, financial agreements, children's matters, relocation matters, child support, divorce, family violence, and alternative dispute resolution.

What you'll need to succeed

• Admitted to practice in WA with a current Legal Practising Certificate

• Ability to use Leap system not essential but it will be a plus

• Minimum 1-year PAE in Family Law. This experience may have been gained working at another firm, and knowledge gained while completing your qualifications

• A good understanding of court proceedings and be confident in appearing in court

• The ability to work autonomously, while also being a team player

• Outstanding communication and client relationship skills

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for this area of law

• The flexibility to work in Joondalup and Perth CBD
