Qualifications & experience

Input relevant invoice information to Point of Sale system in a timely manner

Maintain current and accurate data in POS system, including invoices, supplier information, credits and promotions

Maintain current and accurate RRP information as provided by suppliers

Create Stock Cards of any new products received, including supplier information, pricing and GST status

Process, Set-Up and End Catalogues and Promotions within deadlines

Assist with maintaining accurate and up to date data input for our website and e-commerce including adding new lines to website

Assist with data input for Customer Loyalty Program

Correct any Point-of-Sale discrepancies encountered

Assist in investigating and correcting price anomalies of Point of Sale as required

Assist with Price Match requests as required

Maintain office procedures

Process data in response to information requests

Compose reports as requested

Maintain existing recording and filing systems

Input data accurately and efficiently as required

Assist with financial duties as required, within the scope of authority

Assist with information technology/POS technical problem solving

Sound understanding of Excel Spreadsheets and importing/exporting
