About the Role
Reporting to the Quality and Operations Manager, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to assist with all internal business operations, including accounts, office administration, inventory control and customer service. The work split is approximately 55% Accounts, 20% Administration, 10% Inventory and 15% Customer Service. Accuracy, attention to detail and above average English language skills are vital across these functions.
Your Responsibilities
Accounts tasks, including data entry, processing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and assisting with month-end accounts
Office/Administrative tasks, including travel bookings, stationery and office supply ordering, meeting and event organisation, filing, minute taking, document preparation and proof reading.
Customer Service tasks, including email and phone enquiries, quote preparation and client order processing
Warehouse tasks, including stock control, ordering, packaging, receipt and dispatch
What You Will Bring
This full-time position will suit someone who has:
Previous experience in accounts
Accuracy, reliability and a good work ethic
Above average written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with guided supervision
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent time management skills and well organized
People orientated
