About the role

Prestige refrigeration and airconditioning is seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration and Airconditioning Mechanic to join our team in Albion, Queensland. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration systems to the highest industry standards.

What you'll be doing

Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment

Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Install new air conditioning and refrigeration systems as required

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice

Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Refrigeration and Airconditioning, such as a Certificate III or higher

Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience as a Refrigeration and Airconditioning Mechanic

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively

A current driver's licence

Commitment to safety and attention to detail
