The Role:

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Workday Specialist to join a high-performing finance systems team at a leading organisation undergoing a major Workday Finance transformation.

You’ll play a key role in supporting and optimising the Workday platform, partnering with both Finance and People & Culture teams to ensure a smooth rollout, ongoing system performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, implement and maintain Workday Finance modules, including Core FIN, AP, AR and Billing

Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and IT to gather requirements and provide effective system solutions

Support business-as-usual activities, troubleshoot issues and manage system access

Conduct data audits and maintain data integrity within Workday

Participate in testing and deployment of new functionalities

Stay up to date with Workday enhancements and proactively recommend improvements

Contribute to People & Culture initiatives and reporting needs

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Minimum 2 years of Workday Finance experience (implementation, configuration, support)

Solid understanding of finance processes and best practices

Workday certification(s)

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools within Workday

Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Experience working in a regulated environment or financial services highly regarded
