About the role

Genuine Auto Repairs Pty Ltd in Seven Hills, NSW is seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team. As a full-time Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

Accurately diagnose and repair faults in cars and light vehicles

Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake inspections, and tune-ups

Test and replace parts as needed to ensure optimal vehicle performance

Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair recommendations and costs

Maintain detailed records of all work performed

Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organised workspace

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related trade

Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic, ideally in a workshop setting

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

Good communication skills to liaise with customers

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
