We are currently seeking reliable Waste Sorters to assist with an upcoming waste audit for our client based in Kundle Kundle, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, looking for a dynamic role with the chance to contribute to a variety of tasks. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential.

What you need:

• At least 2 years labouring experience
• Previous experience in Waste Management or similar labouring roles is preferred, but not essential
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to handle demanding tasks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Must be okay to work in a recycling and waste environment
• A safety-conscious attitude and commitment to following protocols
• Local candidates: As no accommodation is provided, candidates must be based in or around Yass, NSW.

What you will be doing:

• Working alongside other labourers and waste sorters
• General labouring tasks, including assisting with loading/unloading, site maintenance, and equipment setup
• Separating recyclable materials
• Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Following instructions from supervisors and other team members
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality in all tasks
