So what do we do?

Transform Water installs, services, cleans and repairs rainwater tank systems including pumps, filters, stormwater pits, OSD tanks, underground tanks and storm water storage systems. We work across the most populated areas of the state including Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, Central West, South Coast, and Southern Highlands. We are a small family business.

Who are you?

We are looking for 2 people to hire on a CASUAL basis, with a view to renew for a full time position within the next 6 months. It is essential that the candidates have the following attributes:

Native level English reading and writing ability

Attention to detail and be neat and tidy

Physically fit and able bodied

Have at least red P's and can drive manual

Have own car

Early start and early finish with NO WEEKEND WORK

Have a functioning, reliable mobile phone with an active data plan

And the most two important things… BE RELIABLE AND BE WILLING TO LEARN

A big advantage would be to have these desirable attributes, but not essential as we can help you gain these:

White card

Working in confined space experience

Have your own ute/light truck (4.5 tonne flat bed is ideal)

Experience working with power tools

Experience working on construction site or in manufacturing

Forklift licence

EWP (over and under 10m) ticket

First aid

Working along side the business owner, the successful applicant will usually start the day meeting at about 6am in Greystanes or St Marys area (or in some instances drive to a site to meet there first). Travel together to the first site to commence work which will typically involve tank cleaning and pump replacements along side with additional repair or maintenance work. As we're working in people's homes, it's important to be clean and tidy and respectful of the homes of clients. You will learn how to clean tanks, how to repair and replace pumps, and how to install tanks and also repair them. The day will end close to 1 - 3 pm on nearly every day (some days later).

The first 6 months of this role is casual only. The role will be with a view to renew for full time employment after 6 months.

Vocational training assistance is provided for the successful applicant.
