About the role

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Australia Post outlet counter operator to join our team , In this casual role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficiently processing a range of retail and postal transactions.

What you'll be doing

Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter

Accurately processing a variety of retail and postal transactions, including parcels, letters, bill payments and more

Providing information and guidance to customers about Australia Post's products and services

Maintaining a tidy and well-stocked retail environment

Supporting the overall operations of the Australia Post outlet

What we're looking for

Previous experience regarding postal service office and valid workforce ID number

preferably are able to process Australia passport interview, working two location in VIC inlcuding Diamond Creek and Doncaster east

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a casual schedule including Satursday and afternoon shift

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanour

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
