About the Role

Evolve Movement Exercise Physiology is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing clinical team in the Northern Rivers.

You’ll start with a 20-25 hour-per-week caseload, with the opportunity to build toward full-time.

Your Role Will Include

Delivering individual EP sessions for rehab, strength, and capacity building

Running small group exercise classes (clinic and gym-based)

Supporting clients across NDIS, Medicare, DVA, Private Patients, and Work Cover streams

Working collaboratively within a passionate team

Conducting assessments, writing reports, and contributing to ongoing care plans

Liaising with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals

Working both independently and collaboratively within a tight-knit team

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist (new grads welcome!)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for rehab-focused, functional training

Comfortable working with NDIS and chronic condition clients

Current driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and professional indemnity insurance

Bonus Points For:

1+ years’ experience in EP (NDIS, musculoskeletal or rehab)

Group facilitation experience (rehab or general population)

ASCA Level 1 or other coaching certifications

Familiarity with Cliniko, Rehab Guru, Work Cover reporting, NDIS, Medicare and DVA
