Key Responsibilities

Ensure the vessel’s hygiene and presentation before, during, and after services

Deliver excellent customer service, exceeding expectations

Support the Master and Engineer to maintain safe and smooth operations

Assist Bridge Management and lookout duties in line with Safety Management System

Lead deck activities during departure and mooring

Facilitate safe embarkation and disembarkation of guests and crew

Maintain, handle, and store mooring lines

Regular cleaning and maintenance of exterior decks and vessel

Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures

Inspect safety equipment and report to Master

Embrace a “Safety First” culture and uphold all BWW procedures and WH&S standards

Mandatory Qualifications

Recreational Boat Licence

Elements of Shipboard Safety (OHS @ Sea) or STCW 95

Current First Aid Certificate

Reporting & Culture

Reports to: Vessel Master or Operations Manager / DPA

Collaborates with: Master, Engineer, Operations Manager / DPA

Authority: No financial delegation

Culture: Embrace and support BWW’s vision, values, and operating standards

Safety: Comply with all WH&S, vessel, and departmental procedures; report hazards/incidents; respect all safety equipment and site-specific instructions
