Story Martial Arts is looking for a dynamic, driven Gym Manager to take the reins at our Epping and Preston locations. If you’ve got people skills, leadership chops, and a love for health, fitness or martial arts, we want to hear from you.

💰 $33/hr + uncapped commissions
📍 Epping and Preston, VIC
🕐 Flexible options available

What you’ll do:

Run the day-to-day operations of the gym

Drive membership growth and retention (More members = More Commissions)

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Contribute to local marketing, social content and community engagement

A Free and unlimited amount of Martial Arts Training

Unlimited use of our onsite Gyms

You bring:

Proven leadership or sales experience (fitness industry a bonus)

A can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset

Strong communication and team management skills

High energy and reliability
