Ready to work in a fast-paced, exciting venue with a great team? We're looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk & Guest Services Attendant with hospitality experience and a knack for managing reservations.

About the Role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-ins, managing bookings, and helping create memorable moments. You’ll also assist with bar and bistro service during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome all guests and ensure a vibrant, friendly atmosphere.

Manage reservations and lane bookings using our system.

Handle payments for bowling, food, drinks, and arcade services.

Respond to customer enquiries in person and by phone.

Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Assist in food and beverage service, including bar and bistro operations.

Keep the front desk and service areas clean, organised and well-presented.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in front-of-house hospitality or reception roles.

Confident with bookings/reservation systems and basic computer skills.

Great communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.

Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

Can work 28-38 hours per week

Ability to work evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

RSA certification (Required).
