Riverina Occupational Therapy is a private practice on the lookout for new graduate OTs to join our team in 2025. If you value having a team of supportive and experienced therapists to guide you through your early years as a clinician, then this is the workplace for you!

The team:
Riverina Occupational Therapy is a small family run business with 10 OTs across offices in Albury and Wagga Wagga. We are a community-based practice focused on providing high quality person-centred occupational therapy services in the aged and disability sector. All services are provided within our clients’ home or the community across the northeast VIC and southern Riverina regions.

The role itself:
Full time new graduate position
We provide OT assessment and treatment services in home and community settings, including equipment prescription, hand therapy, home modifications (both major and minor), therapy services and interventions, daily living skills, functional and care needs assessments
Services are provided to clients across a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities, primarily in the adult population in the NDIS, private and aged care sectors
Excellent clinical support, supervision and training opportunities
Administrative support to allow you to focus on service provision
Structured new graduate program where early year clinicians are given the chance to build their skills with direct supervision and guidance from experienced clinicians
Become a member of a highly supportive team of experienced, knowledgeable and friendly OTs
Provision of work laptop and phone, with the use of web based online clinical software for streamlined and flexible working
Who you are:
Current 4th year OT student
Current OT registration with AHPRA
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent communication, report writing and time management skills
Current drivers’ licence
Current National police clearance and working with children check
