A Grade Earthworks are seeking skilled roller operators to join the team as part of the Lumsden Point project located in Port Hedland. This is a FIFO role on a 3:1 roster - flying out of Perth.

There are a few roles available with immediate start for the right candidates.

Candidates with multiple tickets are encouraged to apply as there may be opportunities to operate other plant when necessary.

Necessary experience:

Rollers: Padfoot & Smooth Drum

Carrying out pre-starts, basic machine maintenance, and reporting defects

Following site-specific safety procedures and complying with WHS standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

3+ years' experience, FIFO experience preferred

Current & Valid Driver's License

Exceptional safety focus and great communication skills

Ability to follow directions from Supervision

Ability to work in a team and work unsupervised

Qualifications & experience:

Construction white card

Relevant tickets

Driver's License (HR preferred)

3 years' minimum experience with relevant work references

Candidate must have a strong understanding of plant operation

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
