About the role

Reporting to the Team Leaders and Supervisors, responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Packing off on the production lines

Cleaning and maintaining equipment parts

Working along the production lines

Completing documentation for packing

Following GMP regulations and SOPs

Shift times are as follows:

Day Shift: 7 AM to 3.06 PM

Afternoon Shift: 3.00 PM to 11.06 PM

Night Shift: 11.00 PM to 7.06 AM

Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience within a Food/Pharmaceutical Production/Manufacturing environment is advantageous

Experience working a team environment in a fast-paced environment

Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and time management skills

Hourly rates will be as per the Baxter Laboratories Enterprise Agreement 2025.
