About the role

We are seeking a full-time Pick Packer to join our team in Moorabbin, VIC. As a Pick Packer, you will be an integral part of our wholesale fruit and vegetable operations, responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment.

What you'll be doing

Hours of work are 2.00am to 9.30am, Monday to Friday ( Saturday Optional )

Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications

Ensure all orders are packed securely and efficiently for safe delivery

Maintain detailed records and documentation of all packing activities

Assist with the receiving and put-away of incoming inventory

Collaborate with the wider team to meet daily dispatch targets

Adhere to all health, safety and quality standards within the warehouse

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar pick packing or warehousing role

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical fitness and stamina to handle manual handling tasks

Forklift license ( not required ) or willingness to obtain one
