We are on the hunt for enthusiastic, outgoing and positive individuals to join our photography team and capture those perfect shots for families and WA Schools. Our highly experienced team will mentor you to achieve brilliance in individual & family portraiture with the opportunity to learn other photography skills such as group photography, drone photography and marketing imagery for school websites, signage and publications. There is also an opportunity to work in our production and lab departments.

About you

An enthusiastic, confident and charismatic personality

Able to quickly build rapport with others using excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate and work effectively with a broad variety of people and personalities

Ability to engage and extract beautiful expressions from a wide range of people from School Principals to children as young as 3 years of age.

Excellent organisation skills in order to juggle multiple priorities at once in a busy day

Excellent customer service skills

Experience using DSLR cameras & studio lighting (highly favourable, but not essential)

A focus on team – an excellent collaborator with an inclination to help others achieve their best

You must also be able to fulfill the following requirements;

Be available a minimum of three FULL days a week (between Monday and Friday). Please do not apply if you cannot fulfill this requirement.

Be available to interview on the week starting Monday 14th July 2025 ready to commence training the following week.

Available to start as early as 6.00am at our Malaga Headquarters with the flexibility to work as late as 5pm as required

Physically fit and able to carry / set up photographic equipment

Possess, or eligible to possess a Working with Children card

A current Australian driver's license

The Role

This is a casual position working up to 5 days a week during school terms.

This role could suit a photography student graduate, a parent wanting school holidays off yet who can arrange before and after school care on Kapture workdays; or someone with a supplementary income from a second job.

Full time and part time opportunities exist for proven candidates.

Uniform and all equipment provided.

Occasional regional WA travel with overnight stays may be required.

Whilst photography experience is not essential, an enthusiastic and vibrant personality is a must.
