Located in Perth, our College provides high-quality residential accommodation for up to 94 country high school students aged 11 to 18. As an independent, co-educational facility, we pride ourselves on offering a supportive and structured environment that helps students flourish academically, socially, and personally. Each student enjoys the privacy of their own room and ensuite, with dormitories accommodating 16 to 17 students.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a firm yet fair approach, aligned with the College’s policies and procedures.
Supervise daily routines, including study sessions, mealtimes, bedtimes, room checks, and security procedures (lock-up and alarms).
Assist with administrative tasks and light cleaning duties as required.
Contribute positively to the boarding community and support a culture of care, respect, and inclusion.
Act as a strong role model through professional conduct, grooming, and communication.
Create engaging and enjoyable activities for students both onsite and during outings.
Hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid National Police Clearance and a WA Working with Children Check.
Possess or be willing to acquire a current First Aid Certificate.
Embrace ongoing professional development through online courses and webinars.

Position One – Shift Details:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Responsibilities: Oversee breakfast service and ensure students are prepared and ready to depart for school.
This position requires availability for two to five weekday mornings.
Position Two – Shift Details (Minimum Two Shifts Required, must include Saturday shift):
Monday: 2:00 PM – 9:45 PM
Tuesday: 2:30 PM – 9:45 PM
Saturday (Morning): 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM
Saturday (Afternoon): 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM
Please note: Availability for at least two of the above shifts is required for this position.
Location: Applicants must reside in Perth and be available during the specified hours.
Start Date: Immediate start available
