C2CAH is a small but passionate multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists working across Cape York, the Torres Strait, and the Gulf of Carpentaria. We are deeply committed to building trust, empowering communities, and providing person-centred, culturally safe therapy.

Our primary caseload is paediatric, but we also support adults with disability as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent) with 2 years clinical experience (desirable).

Eligibility for Certified Practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia (Current).

Blue Card or equivalent (Current).

NDIS Worker Screening - Yellow Card (Current).

First Aid and CPR Certificate (desirable).

Experience delivering evidence based therapy to a paediatric, adolescent, and adult caseload (Desirable).

A commitment to continuing professional growth and development.

Experience utilising Zanda (previously Power Diary) practice management software or equivalent cloud based platform (desirable).

Tasks & responsibilities

Delivering face-to-face NDIS Speech Pathology Services in very remote communities of the Torres Strait and Cape York regions of Queensland via a Fly-In and Fly-Out Multidisciplinary Team model with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.

80% Paediatric and 20% Adult Caseload

You will be required to perform assessments, deliver ongoing therapies, complete all reporting requirements, and to trial and script appropriate assistive technologies/AAC (AT).

Attractive Living Away from Home Allowance: $131.50 per day (tax-free) travel allowance paid for working days completed in remote communities.
