The opportunity

Scope Project Group is looking to hire experienced Carpenters / Labourers to join our dynamic team in Cootamundra NSW. As a full-time role, you will be an integral part of our Carpentry & Roofing operation, contributing to the success of our projects.

Key responsibilities

Undertake all carpentry work as per project specifications

Assist our roofing teams as required including removal and refit of cladding to allow for flashings etc

Metal roofing experience is highly sought after

Read and interpret scopes, site drawings and plans

Operate power tools and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner

Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Comply with all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Carpenter or Labourer, ideally in the Carpentry or Metal Roofing industry

Strong practical and technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical plans

Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to high standards

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management
