We’re on the hunt for a Client Success Officer who brings the cheerleader energy with the accountability mindset. This is a full-time, career-building opportunity for someone who loves people, thrives on organisation, and is ready to play a key role in helping our clients succeed.

The Role:

As a Client Success Officer, your job is to help our members stay on track, feel supported, and keep showing up! You’ll be the bridge between our PTs and our clients - making sure everyone’s on the same page and every client feels seen, heard, and celebrated.

What you’ll be doing:

Building genuine relationships with clients

Keeping clients accountable to their training, nutrition and attendance

Conducting weigh-ins and measurements with confidence and professionalism

Checking in on client attendance and reaching out when they need that extra push

Running and supporting fitness challenges and events

Tracking data and client progress

Providing solutions that will get clients the best results

Having impactful conversations that motivate change

Being the friendly face and energy boost our clients didn’t know they needed!

Leading the charge with celebrating client wins

The Person We’re Looking For:
