Client Success Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Client Success Associates to join our dynamic team in Bondi Junction. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering outstanding service to clients, helping coordinate care and support through our nationwide mental health services.

Our office is conveniently located near public transport, with onsite parking available at a reduced staff rate.

About the Role

As a Client Success Associate, you will handle a variety of tasks to ensure a seamless client experience. Key responsibilities include:

Managing inbound and outbound calls to support client appointments.

Scheduling appointments and ensuring all necessary information is collected and updated.

Liaising with GPs, specialists, and clients to confirm details and resolve queries.

Providing empathetic and professional support to clients while maintaining accurate records.

Multitasking and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced, contact centre environment.

This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills to provide a high standard of service while meeting deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

Skills and Education:

High school certificate required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service skills, including active listening and empathy.

Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook.

Experience:

At least 6 months of experience in a contact centre or customer service role.

Familiarity with the Australian healthcare system is an advantage but not required.
