About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be the key finance partner to a network of high-throughput distribution centres. You’ll bring clarity to operational performance, support critical business planning cycles, and provide insights that influence decision-making at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse financial performance of national distribution centres and provide actionable insights

Deliver accurate and timely forecasts on volumes and key non-financial metrics

Present weekly and monthly business performance results, clearly explaining drivers and trends

Support key planning processes including monthly forecasts and annual budgets

Partner with a wide range of internal stakeholders across finance and operations

Drive continuous improvement in reporting through automation and process enhancements

Contribute financial analysis for strategic projects and enterprise-level negotiations

About You

5+ years’ experience in commercial finance or FP&A, ideally in a logistics or supply chain industry

Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills with exposure to senior stakeholders

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into simple narratives

Confident communicator – able to influence and challenge

CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
