The Adelaide Crows are looking for a vibrant Member Services Assistant to join our Membership Team and deliver unforgettable experiences to our 75,000+ strong fan base. What you'll be doing..

This is a call centre environment. As the first point of contact for our members, you’ll bring energy and care to every call, ensuring every Crows fan feels valued and supported. Your day-to-day will include:

Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting with member enquiries, renewals, and new memberships.

Processing payments and updating member records with precision to keep our database spot-on.

Promoting special offers and contributing to campaigns that grow and retain our membership base.

What we’re looking for..

We’re after someone who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a member-first mindset to the table. You’ll need:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members and make every call a great experience.

Confidence in a high-volume, fast-paced call centre environment, including handling outbound and cold calls.

Sharp attention to detail and a knack for maintaining data accuracy.

Solid time management and multitasking skills to juggle priorities with ease.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Availability from August to April, with the potential to continue beyond this period.

Bonus points if you have..

Previous experience in a call centre, customer service or sales-based role.
