What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Running full-cycle recruitment across blue-collar and white-collar roles
• Writing engaging job ads and speaking with quality candidates daily
• Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews from start to finish
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and culture fit
• Managing the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
• Keeping processes compliant and recruitment data on point
• Reporting on recruitment progress and bringing new ideas to the table
• Supporting your awesome HR team wherever needed

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience (internal or agency)
• Diploma or qualification in HR, Business or related field
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Highly organised with great time management and attention to detail
• Positive energy, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable using recruitment systems and tools, with a good grasp of compliance
• A self-starter who works independently but thrives in a team
