The Opportunity As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the GEM team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

This role offers the autonomy to take ownership of your desk, with unwavering support from our Founding Director, George, and the GEM management team. We'll equip you with proven recruitment strategies and resources to ensure your success.
