Job Opportunity: Maintenance Electrician – Perth Airport 🔧

We’re looking for a Highly skilled and reliable A-Grade Electrician to join our team, with a focus on maintenance, breakdowns, small jobbing including security/access control systems. This is a hands-on role based at Perth Airport, working in a fast-paced environment where safety, professionalism, and quick thinking are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical maintenance and fault finding

Scheduling and Management of Jobs including procurement of Materials

Responding to breakdowns efficiently and safely

Small electrical installations and upgrades

Working with and maintaining security/access control systems

Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and airport safety regulations

Requirements:

WA A-Grade Electrical License

Construction White Card

Experience with maintenance and reactive electrical work

Security Installers License – preferred not essential

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Valid driver’s license

Ability to pass airport security clearance

Available to work Overtime, ~50hrs week

Available to be on 24hr call 7 days a week

Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar Position

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate plus super plus OT Rates – $50-$55/hr

Daily On-Call Rate ($35/day) with Minimum 3hrs pay @ D/T for all O/H Call outs
