We’re looking for a dedicated educator who is actively working towards their Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our warm, values-driven team at Tall Tree Early Learning Landsdale.

Our beautiful, architecturally designed two-storey centre features six thoughtfully curated learning spaces and expansive outdoor environments that inspire wonder, connection, and growth for both children and educators.

About the Role

As an Educator working towards your Diploma, you’ll be supported by a passionate and experienced team who are deeply committed to quality practice and your professional development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build nurturing, respectful relationships with children aged 0–5
• Help plan and deliver play-based, Reggio-inspired learning programs
• Contribute to safe, inclusive and engaging environments where every child feels seen and heard
• Assist with learning documentation and observations (with mentorship and guidance)
• Support daily routines, transitions and care moments with consistency and compassion
• Uphold all child safety policies, practices, and compliance requirements
• Actively participate in professional learning, team collaboration, and reflective practice

This is a full-time role, with shifts scheduled between 6:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Actively working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Familiar with or eager to learn about the EYLF, NQF, and Reggio Emilia
• A positive communicator who builds trust with families and peers
• Compassionate, proactive, and genuinely committed to children’s well-being
• Organised, collaborative, and keen to develop your skills and knowledge
• Reliable, flexible, and aligned with our values of care, collaboration, and excellence
• Eager to uphold and promote a safe, inclusive, and child-centred learning environment
