About the role
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Alivio Tourist Park Canberra. This is a casual position with flexible hours, perfect for those looking to supplement their income or gain experience in the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to guests by taking food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring tables are clean and presentable

Assisting with food preparation and replenishing stock as needed

Handling cash and processing payments accurately

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area

Supporting the wider team as required to ensure the smooth operation of the venue

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, such as a cafe, restaurant or bar

Previous experience as a barista will be highly regarded

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Enthusiasm for providing top-notch customer service and a desire to contribute to a positive team environment

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

A Valid ACT RSA and availability for the Christmas and New Years period are essential
