Red Rock Recruitment has partnered with a multi-award-winning civil contractor renowned for delivering iconic Australian infrastructure projects. With an ever-expanding multi-billion-dollar portfolio of highways, bridges, tunnels, and rail projects, our client is a leader in the civil construction industry.

Following the recent award of a major Rail Upgrade Project on the North Coast Line, we are seeking multiple skilled Civil Labourers to join the project immediately.

This is a 12-month+ assignment with strong potential for long-term career growth and upskilling within a safety-focused, high-performing team.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in rail upgrades or maintenance projects (highly desirable)
• White Card - Construction Induction Certificate (mandatory)
• RIW (Rail Industry Worker) Card with valid competencies,
• Safely Access the Rail Corridor (SARC)
• Experience Working in Electrified Territory (WET)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work day/night shifts and weekends as required

To Be Successful You Will Need:

• Background in civil construction or infrastructure
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass a CAT3 Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening

Desirable:

• Apply Fatigue Management certificate
• QR - Introduction to Network Lockout
• Valid Medical / Certificate of Fitness (CAT3)
