Protech Rail are looking for experienced Rail Electricians to start on a project kicking off in July, including track upgrades, signalling systems, and station electrical works.
You’ll be part of a skilled team delivering high-quality electrical installations and maintenance in a dynamic rail environment.

Positions will be both in an ongoing capacity and shorter shutdown type works that can stretch out over weeks and months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of rail electrical systems
• Working with signalling, power distribution, and lighting systems
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and plans
• Ensuring compliance with safety and rail industry standards
• Collaborating with engineers, supervisors, and other trades

Requirements:

• Current QLD Electrical Licence
• Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card
• Current QR WET and SARC Cards
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• CPR/LVR certification
• Previous experience in rail or heavy infrastructure preferred
