About The Opportunity
Are you a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older persons within the community? We are seeking a dedicated professional who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, works well both independently and collaboratively, and is keen to identify, develop, and implement service development projects. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to supervise Level 1-2 speech pathologists and students as needed.

What You'll be Doing
The position is responsible for leading, guiding and managing the delivery of speech pathology services to aged care clients on the Transitional Aged Care Program. As a senior clinician the speech pathologist is responsible for overseeing and providing an efficient and effective service through the application of clinical expertise and knowledge in the management of patients with acquired swallowing and communication difficulties in a community setting. They will also contribute to senior departmental duties including clinical supervision, leading of quality improvement activities, participation in service development, liaising with other discipline seniors and other administrative responsibilities as required
