Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, CDP
Only 80 minutes drive from Melbourne CBD, iconic Hospitality Venue is seeking experienced, passionate and professional Sous-Chef / Senior Chef de Partie and/or Chef de Partie to join our growing team.
Servicing our cafe and restaurant, these positions will suit creative, committed chefs with a passion for good food and a strong understanding of fast-paced and casual dining.
Be able to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations
Deliver high food service standards
Possess previous experience in short order, cafe or restaurant
Excellent time-management and a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests
You must be:
Trade qualified
Clean and well-presented
A proficient multi-tasker able to handle a busy, fast-paced kitchen
An excellent communicator with the ability to show initiative as well as follow directions
Have the relevant current food safety and hygiene certification
Fluent in written and spoken English (essential)
Available to work nights and weekends
Ideally 2 years experience in a similar role
