Description

Generate and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner

Liaise with operations and customer service teams to verify billing information

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer queries

Perform reconciliations and maintain billing records

Assist in month-end processes and reporting as required

Profile

Previous experience in a billings, accounts receivable, or finance admin role

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Proficient in Excel and financial systems - exposure to large ERP systems is a bonus

Experience in the logistics, supply chain or transport industries will be highly regarded
