EC Throsby (‘ECT’) is a family owned Beef Processing Facility - Known as Hilltop Meats located at Young NSW. We are searching for fit, healthy and energetic people that for our Beef Processing Plant Labouring and Process Worker Roles.

We have numerous positions available for skilled meat workers and unskilled labourers (30) . Some positions are entry level labouring positions, which may include but not limited to cleaning, meat packing, carton stacking, offal packing, trimming etc; and some are available for anyone with meat processing experience.

The positions are ongoing permanent positions.

Positions available are immediate start on day and afternoon shift

Previous experience or qualifications are not required for these position although we require fit, healthy and energetic people, willing and able to fulfil the requirements of a fulltime position. We have a strict drug & alcohol policy which must be passed to secure employment.

Pay rate will commence at Grade 2, $992.56 per 38 hour week or applicable rate based on skill up to $1324.29 per 38 hours.

Cert III in Meat Processing would be well regarded

The start and finish times vary for different departments.

All of the above are within the scope of the Hilltop Meats Enterprise Agreement 2022
