Australian Meat Group (AMG) has a long history in the meat industry dating back to 1968. AMG is a Australian Family owned business with a rich history in Victoria. AMG have committed a substantial amount of investment into the Cootamundra facility with plans to expand their operations which will provide long term employment for not only Cootamundra residents but also surrounding towns.

We are recruiting production workers to join our team and be a part of this exciting opportunity.

To be successful in these roles you will be:

• Self-motivated
• Reliable and disciplined
• Team oriented with a positive attitude
• Hard working and responsible
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to do manual handling work that involves standing for long periods with some repetitive tasks.
• Compulsory drug and alcohol screening.
• Must have own transport to work.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.

Experience
Hold a Cert III in meat processing or been assessed and verified by a MINTRAC registered assessor as having skill level commensurate to a Cert III in meat processing; and
have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Remuneration
This is subject to your skills, qualifications and experience but it would be within a salary range of between $65,000 - $70,000 per annum + superannuation.
